WeFoundIt, Lost & Found Platform for Cameroon

WeFoundIt is Cameroon's first mobile-native lost and found platform. I designed the full system architecture and built the backend API (FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery), the React admin/web app, and the Flutter mobile app. The platform uses a smart matching algorithm (category, colour, brand, serial number, location radius) to automatically connect finders with owners, and integrates Nkwa Pay for MTN MoMo and Orange Money payments. Deployed on AWS EC2 behind Caddy (auto-HTTPS), with S3 for media storage and automated daily backups.
